基础医学创新平台简介

一、基础医学创新平台简介

    基础医学创新平台建筑面积1000余平方米,集中了基础医学院主要的大型科研仪器和实验设备,现有流式细胞仪、生化分析仪、蛋白质双向电泳系统、凝胶成像系统、荧光定量PCR仪等大型科研仪器50余台,资产800余万,是我校高坪校区唯一集科研、教学于一体的多功能平台。代谢病药物与生物制品南充市重点实验室和川北医学院大学生创新创业实践基地挂靠该平台开展工作,基础医学院教师及基础医学研究生主要依托该平台开展课题研究。同时,平台还针对临床医学本科学生开设了《分子医学技术》双创课程,大学生双创项目和开放性实验项目主要依托该平台完成。平台现设置有细胞实验室、分子生物学实验室、微生物实验室、免疫组化实验室、高分子材料合成室、毒物成瘾分析室、动物处理室、清洗消毒室等。

    创新平台集中了一批主要来自基础医学院的青年骨干,围绕动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤耐药、肿瘤靶向药物、肿瘤生物治疗、肿瘤代谢组学、生物医用材料等方向展开研究,取得了一系列研究成果和重要发现,近三年来以第一作者或通讯作者身份公开发表文章51篇,其中SCI收录30篇,中文核心期刊21篇。
