In order to improve the Chinese language proficiency and application ability of international students, and strengthen their understanding of excellent traditional Chinese culture, SIEC (School of International Education and Cooperation) successfully held a Chinese language skills competition for international students from May 22nd to May 28th.

This competition not only covered traditional Chinese language skills such as hard pen calligraphy the recitation, but also included fun cultural competition projects such as chopstick picking up marbles and pinyin typing Chinese characters, providing a comprehensive platform for international students to showcase their Chinese language talents.

In the hard pen calligraphy competition, international students used their pens and ink to convey their love and respect for Chinese culture. In the recitation competition, international students recited classic Chinese poetry and literature fluently in Chinese, experiencing the vastness and profoundness of Chinese culture.

In addition, this competition also included a fun cultural competition project. The Chopsticks Pinball Competition tested the proficiency and respect of international students for traditional Chinese tableware, while the Pinyin and Chinese Character Competition enhanced their Chinese spelling ability in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The successful hosting of this Chinese Language Skills Competition not only provided a platform for international students to showcase their Chinese talents, but also allowed them to deeply feel the unique charm of Chinese culture.
