In order to further improve the effectiveness of the management of international students, at 10:00 a.m. March 29th, 2023, SIEC (School of International Education and Cooperation) and Security Department held an exchange meeting on the management of international students in the conference room on the 12th floor of the Library and Information Building. The meeting was attended by the heads of Security Department and SIEC, the relevant leaders of the Security Department, and the heads of various departments of SIEC.

At the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth and effective exchanges on topics closely related to international students: prevention of safety issues during the Universiade, management of security for international students on campus, early warning of road traffic safety, convergence management of international students and Chinese students and the formulation of relevant campus management rules. The meeting clarified that the management of international students must be coordinated by the relevant departments of the school in order to achieve practical results.

Through this meeting exchange, the two sides reached a consensus that they should work together to guide and manage international students, carry out pragmatic cooperation between departments, cooperate closely, and jointly promote the management of international students in the school to achieve greater development.
