SIEC held a student symposium on mid-term teaching inspections for the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year

In order to timely understand the learning dynamics of students and improve the quality of teaching, on the morning of April 25th, SIEC(School of International Education and Cooperation) held a student symposium for the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year in Classroom 1204 of the Library and Information Building. Xiao Fengling, Dean of SIEC, staff from the Academic Affairs Department and Student Affairs Department, as well as representatives of students from batch 2019 to batch 2024 attended the meeting.

At the symposium, student representatives expressed their views on the teaching level and shortcomings of teachers from aspects such as teaching content, teaching methods, and teaching effectiveness. At the same time, they humbly sought advices from the attending teachers on the difficulties and problems encountered in daily teaching, hospital internship teaching, and the utilization of related teaching resources. At the same time, SIEC leaders made relevant requirements for students' learning methods and attitudes, as well as attendance in class.

Xiao Fengling pointed out that education is an interactive process between teaching and learning. Exchange and discussion are not only a good way to discover and solve problems, but also an important platform to promote mutual growth between teaching and learning.

This symposium further strengthened communication and exchange between students and SIEC, playing a positive role in improving the level of teaching service management and improving the quality of education and teaching.
