To further enhance the traffic safety awareness of international students and prevent traffic accidents, on the evening of April 24th, SIEC (School of International Education and Cooperation) invited the Second Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Public Security Bureau to hold a lecture on the theme of "Traffic Safety on Campus" in Classroom 407 of the Library and Information Building in Gaoping Campus.

In the lecture, police officers from the traffic management department popularized China's traffic regulations and road safety knowledge to international students through vivid cases and professional explanations. The police officer also listed common traffic violations of electric byciles based on actual cases and some real traffic accident videos, making international students deeply aware of the harm and consequences of traffic violations.

At the end of the event, international students expressed that through this event, they deeply realized the importance of traffic safety and also understood the issues they should pay attention to when riding electric bicycles in their daily lives. They stated that they will strictly abide by traffic regulations in the future, achieve civilized travel, and take responsibility for their own and others' safety.

The successful holding of the "Traffic Safety on Campus" lecture not only enhanced the traffic safety awareness of international students in our school, but also laid a solid foundation for campus traffic safety work. In the future, our school will continue to strengthen traffic safety education and provide a safer and more harmonious campus environment for international students.
