On June 22, 2024, with the successful completion of our school's 4th Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) and Chinese Speaking Test (HSKK) in the first half of 2024, this semester's Chinese proficiency test involving 146 participants from 15 countries and regions including India, Pakistan, Russia, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Senegal, Equatorial Guinea, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Indonesia, Ghana, Ethiopia, the Republic of Zambia, Tanzania, Algeria, etc. was successfully completed.

In the preparation stage of the exam, SIEC (School of International Education and Cooperation) of North Sichuan Medical College actively prepared and applied for the exam in accordance with the requirements of Hankao International, and conscientiously carried out publicity work. At the same time, the School provided pre exam training to designated examination personnel to ensure that they were familiar with the examination process and rules.

In addition, the School also coordinated with relevant technical personnel from the Mathematics Teaching and Research Office to debug the online exam system, and organized all candidates to participate in simulated exams before the exam, eliminating technical problems one by one, providing strong support for the smooth implementation of the exam.

During the examination period, the examination personnel strictly follow the examination management measures to carry out the examination process, have clear division of labor, and conscientiously fulfill their responsibilities.

This semester, we have undergone two offline and one video tours by the international Chinese language proficiency examination staff. Based on the opinions and suggestions of the tour staff, we have further standardized the examination process and rules of our school's Chinese language proficiency exam.

The Chinese proficiency test not only provides a platform for international students to test their Chinese proficiency, but also further promotes the development of Chinese language teaching in our school. Xiao Fengling, Dean of SIEC, stated that the smooth holding of the Chinese proficiency exam this semester marks another solid step for North Sichuan Medical College in the internationalization of Chinese language education.

The college will continue to adhere to the concept of "highly valued, conscientiously organized, and actively serving", regularly conduct HSK exams, and continuously improve the exam management and service system to provide a better Chinese learning environment and platform for international students studying in China.
