At 5:30 p.m. February 21, 2023, 2nd School of Clinical Medicine of our university (Nanchong Central Hospital) successfully held a special meeting on teaching and internship for foreign students in the administrative office area. Professor Liu Shangqing, the vice president of SIEC, and the staff of the Academic Affairs Department, as well as the directors of the departments related to the teaching of foreign students in Nanchong Central Hospital, and the teaching secretary, attended the meeting, which was presided over by Professor Feng Shenggang, the vice president of Nanchong Central Hospital.

At the meeting, Liu Shangqing introduced the basic situation of the international students who were interned in Nanchong Central Hospital, the precautions during the internship and teaching process, answered various questions raised by the teachers, and also hoped that the teachers of the central hospital could undertake the theoretical teaching of the international students in the next step, cooperate with SIEC for long time, and strengthen the construction of the second internship base for international students.

In the final speech, Feng Shenggang pointed out that this is the first time that the central hospital has accepted the internship of foreign students. The whole hospital should attach great importance to it, strictly manage it, strengthen contact, and successfully complete the teaching activities of foreign students.
