To strengthen the management of off-campus accommodations for international students and raise their awareness of safety, on September 24th, the School of International Education and Exchange, led by Dean Xiao Fengling, organized a thorough inspection and visit to international students residing off-campus.

This visit primarily targeted MBBS international students from the 2018 and 2019 internship cohorts. During the visits, teachers carefully checked the students' living conditions and identified any potential safety risks. They also reminded the students of the importance of abiding by Chinese laws and regulations, as well as the university's rules, to ensure their personal safety and protect their property. Additionally, the teachers took time to listen to the students' concerns regarding their studies and daily lives, encouraging them to excel in their internships while preparing for the HSK Chinese Proficiency Test and their respective national medical licensing exams, aiming for balanced progress in both academic and personal development.

This initiative not only strengthened the connection and communication between the school and off-campus students but also underscored the school’s commitment to student safety and personal growth. Moving forward, the School of International Education and Exchange will continue to improve its interactive management and support services, offering more comprehensive assistance to international students as they pursue their academic and personal goals in China.
